The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces to ensure a smooth finish.
• Mix and match paint colours according to specifications and ensure proper application techniques are followed.
• Inspect surfaces for imperfections and rectify any issues prior to painting.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the painting team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and report any discrepancies to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an automotive paint prepper or in a similar role is required.
• A strong understanding of automotive paint processes and techniques.
