Description

Cara is seeking applications for a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Business Development Manager. This is a great opportunity for a people-focused, organised professional to support clients across our Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Home and Community Support (HCS) and Day Options service streams.

About the role

This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity ending 3 September 2027.

As Client Experience Coordinator, you’ll support client onboarding, facilitate transitions and exits, assist with new service additions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and shared projects, including the HIPDA and SDA Housing Projects.

You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager, Intake Specialists, Workforce Planners, Client Services, Marketing, Finance & Client Funding, and Safeguarding & Quality teams to help deliver a positive and seamless experience for our clients.

  • Sound knowledge of the NDIS and its frameworks
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence using CMS and Microsoft Office, including Copilot
  • A collaborative mindset and a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • A genuine commitment to delivering positive experiences and outcomes for clients
