About the role
Are you an organised, proactive administration
professional who loves keeping things moving, solving problems and making work
easier for the people around you? This is your opportunity to join Capital
Health Network (CHN) in a role that sits at the heart of our day-to-day
operations, connecting people, processes and priorities across the
organisation.
As the Administration Officer, you will
provide high-quality administrative and project support, help streamline
everyday workflows and bring a continuous improvement mindset to both routine
tasks and more complex operational activities. A true multifaceted position
that calls on your curiosity, problem solving and adaptability.
About the team
You will be part of our collaborative Corporate Operations Team,
the team that helps CHN run smoothly. Together, we provide a high level of
service to CHN staff and stakeholders, support office coordination, human
resources, risk, compliance
and governance, workplace health and safety, information technology and continuous
quality improvement.
See yourself in our team
You are a confident,
capable administration professional who notices the details others miss,
adjusts quickly to changing environments when priorities shift and brings
structure to busy days. You know how to keep things organised, accurate and
moving, using sound judgement to manage competing priorities without losing
sight of quality, deadlines or the people you are supporting.
Day to day, you will
support a wide variety of work including project support, travel and conference
coordination, reporting, general office support, secretariat activities and
staff events. You will build effective relationships with internal and external
stakeholders, communicate with clarity and professionalism, and follow through
so things are done well.
You are comfortable working
across Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM platforms and other business systems,
and you take pride in producing polished, well-formatted and accurate work. You
are curious, resourceful and practical, able to research information,
troubleshoot issues and find sensible solutions using the tools and resources
available to you.
You work well independently
and as part of a team, taking ownership when issues arise and following through
until they are resolved. With a continuous learning and improvement mindset and
the confidence to support both routine and more complex work, you will help
strengthen the way our Corporate Operations Team delivers for CHN.
