About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Storesperson to assist with stores operations at the Yacht Club Precinct. You’ll be the driving force behind accurate stock control, supporting the Stores Manager and a well-run, compliant store environment, working closely with our Chefs, Venue and Service Managers, and Finance team to keep our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with stock movement and rotation to maintain quality and reduce waste
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers
  • Keeping stores operations safe, hygienic, and compliant with WHS and Public Health requirements
  • Identifying process improvements and championing sustainable, ethical purchasing
  • Collaborating closely with Chefs, F&B leaders, and Finance to support smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist the Stores Manager with all needed operations.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in stores or inventory management within hospitality or a similar environment
  • Demonstrated experience in purchasing and supplier coordination
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • A proven track record of operational processes effectively

Desirable:

  • Experience working across multiple departments in a hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of stock control systems
  • An understanding of sustainable procurement practices
