We’re looking for an experienced Associate, Wealth Management to join our Sydney team and partner closely with high-performing Advisers to deliver exceptional client service and operational excellence.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a financial services professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

 

As a trusted support partner to our Advisers, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless client experience by:

  • Supporting a portfolio of Wealth Management clients and their Advisers
  • Acting as a key point of contact for client enquiries and account administration
  • Managing client onboarding and account maintenance activities
  • Coordinating investment administration, settlements and operational processes
  • Preparing client documentation and investment-related paperwork
  • Working closely with product providers, platforms and internal teams
  • Assisting with client meetings, business development and marketing initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client outcomes

 

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in private wealth management, stockbroking, financial planning or a related financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A strong focus on accuracy, compliance and client service
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • RG146 accreditation (preferred)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Commerce or a related field (highly regarded)
