While the Bowral is our flagship acreage display, your opportunity extends far beyond acreage homes. As a Clarendon Homes Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers find the perfect home from our entire award-winning collection—from acreage retreats and luxury family homes to contemporary designs for suburban blocks. That means a much larger customer base and greater earning potential.

What you’ll do
- Welcome and qualify visitors to the display home
- Help customers choose the ideal home from Clarendon’s complete portfolio of designs
- Guide customers through the design, pricing and home-building journey
- Generate and manage your own pipeline of opportunities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry to contract
- Work closely with our estimating, drafting and customer support teams to achieve outstanding outcomes
About you
- Proven experience in residential new home sales
- Previous experience with knockdown rebuild sales will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the market preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
- Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
- Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
- Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environment
