Clarendon Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team at Norwest.

You’ll be responsible for processing a high volume of subcontractor and supplier invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining strong relationships across internal departments. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team within a well-established home building brand.

What you’ll do

  • Process a high volume of invoices with precision and attention to detail
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Perform regular reconciliations of vendor and subcontractor statements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address payment-related enquiries
  • Support month-end processing and reporting as required.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance position
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Timberline, TimberScan, or similar systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
