Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for managing and ensuring profitable operations of the retail store. They oversee staff, inventory, sales strategies, and operational policies and procedures to create a positive shopping experience for customers while achieving business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise store staff
- Develop and implement sales strategies
