About the Role
Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll work across a blended client base including working with Builders, Architects & Designers, Developers, Retail Partners and Stonemasons. This role is focused on relationship management, territory service, merchandising, and identifying growth opportunities for the Caesarstone brand.

- Keep the connection strong with your customers by following a call cycle that ensures regular, meaningful conversations, and keeps the relationships thriving.
- Create customised strategic account plans for your key customers, driving engagement and growth while building lasting partnerships.
- Maximise your sales performance using our Salesforce CRM—track your progress, log your activities, and manage accounts.
- Provide excellent service by swiftly addressing any issues or concerns, and collaborate with support teams to manage any technical or service challenges.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that strike a win-win balance for both you and your customers, all while staying aligned with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Merchandise your territory in collaboration with our state merchandiser (requires physical capability)
- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, analyse industry trends, and keep an eye on competitors, all while generating fresh leads.
- Demonstrate your expertise with engaging training sessions that highlight the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Be the face of the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking gatherings—promoting our brand and building new connections
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone with industry experience – whether that’s in building products, construction, interiors, or surfaces. You know how the industry ticks, and you’ve got the network and know-how to hit the ground running. In addition, you’ll have:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the building or interiors industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, friendly and confident style when working with clients
- The ability to manage a varied portfolio and work autonomously
- Solid organisational skills and a high level of professionalism
- Self-starter who thrives out on the road but works just as well with a team behind them.
- Flexibility to travel across your territory in VIC and regional areas with some overnight travel.
Why Join Us?
You’ll be joining a supportive team with strong leadership, well-established processes, and a nationally recognised brand. This role gives you the chance to work across a wide client mix, develop your skills, and build a career in a premium, design-led industry.
