We are seeking a motivated, trade-qualified Carpenter to join our growing team in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Core Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Construct and erect timber frameworks, wall frames, roof trusses, ceilings, and flooring.
- Install external cladding, sub-flooring, fascia, and timber window/door frames.
- Execute precision first and second-fix carpentry (skirtings, architraves, doors, and bespoke fittings).
- Cut, shape, and join timber materials using specialised power and hand tools.
- Maintain strict on-site health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Qualification: Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent international trade qualification).
- Experience: 2–3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably on high-end residential sites.
- Licences: Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and a Construction Induction White Card.
- Skills: Strong communication, keen eye for detail, and ability to work well in a team.
