We are seeking a motivated, trade-qualified Carpenter to join our growing team in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Core Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Construct and erect timber frameworks, wall frames, roof trusses, ceilings, and flooring.
• Install external cladding, sub-flooring, fascia, and timber window/door frames.
• Execute precision first and second-fix carpentry (skirtings, architraves, doors, and bespoke fittings).
• Cut, shape, and join timber materials using specialised power and hand tools.
• Maintain strict on-site health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Qualification: Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent international trade qualification).
• Experience: 2–3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably on high-end residential sites.
• Licences: Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and a Construction Induction White Card.
• Skills: Strong communication, keen eye for detail, and ability to work well in a team.
