Dispatch Assistant – Seasonal Casual

We’re looking for experienced and passionate individuals to join our Dispatch Team for the upcoming seasonal period. This is an exciting opportunity to build your skills, gain valuable retail experience, and support our team during some of the busiest times of the year, helping ensure every order reaches our community with care.

*Please note this is a fixed-term casual contract, from September 2026 until 08 January 2027.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow personalised dispatch procedures and requirements of the business.
• Effectively utilise our dispatch platforms to print orders, process labels and pick and pack items accordingly.
• Ensure orders are accurately picked and packed with care and attention to detail.
• Facilitate meticulous quality control practices across all orders.
• Gift wrap and package customer orders with love and care and ensure packaging stations are replenished and full.
• Ensure all desks and work stations are clean, tidy and organised at all times.
• Assist in general office and merchandise tasks as requested and required.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented and accurate.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.
• Comfortable using computer systems and dispatch software, or a keen and quick learner.
• Reliable, hands-on and able to multitask under pressure
