Got a knack for keeping a team on track and orders flying out the door? ButterBoy is looking for a Packer to help our wholesale kitchen’s packing operation and keep our cookies (and the ButterBoy name) reaching every stockist, on time, every time.

About the Role 

As a Packer, you’ll play a key role in our packing section — making sure every order is packed accurately, organised for dispatch, and checked against invoices before it goes out the door. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly, and help maintain the high standards ButterBoy is known for.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in getting the details right.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Packing orders accurately, consistently, and ready for dispatch on time
• Printing and organising daily orders/invoices, and matching purchase orders for accuracy
• Keeping the dispatch cool room organised, labelled, and easy to navigate
• Recording and reporting wastage, damage, and leftover stock
• Prepping stock for the next day’s dispatch run
• Following WHS, food safety, and hygiene standards across the section
• Getting cross-trained across other sections of the bakery (prep and baking too!)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a similar fast-paced production, warehouse, or packing environment
• NSW Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
• A reliable team player who communicates well and keeps things moving
• A proactive problem-solver who isn’t afraid to jump in
