ButterBoy is more than a cookie; it’s a vibe. Born out of a love for seriously good baking and even better coffee, we’ve built a brand that people line up for. Now we’re bringing that same energy to our Manly store, and we need Front of House team members who can bring it every shift.

The Role

We’re looking for confident, customer-focused Front of House staff to join our Manly team on a part-time basis. You’ll be the face of ButterBoy, greeting customers, taking orders, running the floor, and making sure every visit feels like a great one. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in great service, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and serve customers with warmth, energy, and efficiency
• Take orders accurately and manage the till, handling cash and card transactions
• Keep the front counter and dining area clean, stocked, and presentable
• Support the coffee and kitchen team to keep service running smoothly during peak periods
• Assist with stock counts and communicate low stock levels to your manager
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times
• Represent the ButterBoy brand with energy, positivity, and pride

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role (hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, proactive, can-do attitude
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy rushes
• Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
• Available to work a part-time roster across both weekdays and weekends, with flexibility for regular shifts — this role is not suited to occasional or school-holiday-only availability
• NSW RSA and/or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
