 🎯 The Role

 Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will focus on driving new business and closing high-quality opportunities. Key responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and book client appointments
  • Attend warm + qualified appointments provided by inbound/outbound teams
  • Identify client needs and tailor solutions
  • Present proposals and close new business
  • Build strong client relationships for repeat & referral business
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the market
  • Contribute to a high-energy, positive team culture

We’re looking for motivated, consultative sales professionals who want to maximise their earning potential.You will have:

  • Proven experience in sales (BDM or phone-based sales highly regarded)
  • Strong drive to meet & exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and build rapport quickly
  • A solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Current driver’s licence
  • A positive attitude and professional approach

Telecommunications experience is beneficial but not essential — we hire for attitude and train for skill.
