We are seeking a Software Applications Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting
the business applications that underpin our architectural, design and project delivery operations. With the Head of Information Technology located in our Melbourne studio, this role can be located in either Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and design, supporting a modern application environment that includes Microsoft 365 and industry-leading AEC platforms such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Information and Technology, you will be responsible for the administration,
support and optimisation of business-critical applications across our global business.
You will work closely with design teams, project stakeholders and technology partners to ensure our systems are performing effectively, users are supported and application capabilities continue to evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support across business and project delivery systems.
- Support and administer AEC applications including Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam.
- Manage software upgrades, licensing and vendor relationships.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 and digital workplace technologies.
- Deliver user training, documentation and application adoption initiatives.
- Participate in digital transformation and system improvement projects.
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement long-term solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in software application support or administration.
- Experience supporting AEC software in an Architecture, Engineering or Construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and related project delivery platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and integrations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
