Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a hands-on marketing professional to join the dynamic
local arm of a global recruitment agency. As part of Brunel’s Australasian
Marketing Team, you will play an integral role in the creation and management
of a wide range of content and outputs spanning our websites, digital channels,
collateral, advertising, eDMs, internal comms and more.
We need someone who can make the brand look good online, effectively engage and guide our internal staff, create quality content
and systematically improve the performance of our website.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Brunel’s digital presence across websites, social media and other channels
and websites (including research and optimisation activity)
- Create engaging content for digital and traditional mediums including social media,
email marketing, website, case studies, presentations and other marketing
collateral.
- Coordinate marketing activities for recruitment campaigns and client initiatives
- Plan and support industry events, networking functions, webinars and sponsorships
- Support the organisation’s internal communications and culture-building initiatives
- Contribute to marketing strategy and planning exercises
Requirements
The right person for this role will have 3-5 years of full-time experience
working in marketing, communications or a related discipline, a strong eye for
detail, passion for generating high-quality outputs and an interest in continuing
to grow and refine their skillset. You will be working within a small, highly
collaborative team so a focus on shared objectives and the ability to build working
relationships across a variety of levels is essential.
- Experience creating and publishing brand-relevant content for websites, digital accounts
and other marketing materials
- Strong technical understanding of SEO principles, key leavers and relevant tools
- Familiarity with common software, digital tools, social media platforms, and the ability to adopt new
systems as they become relevant.
- Strong grasp of marketing fundamentals and how to consistently apply branding
- Good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- An eye for detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality output at all times
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities day-to-day
- A sound understanding of how AI can be used to improve work, without being dependent
upon it
