Manager, Capability & Organisational Development
We are seeking a strategic and passionate learning and organisational development professional to join our People & Culture team as our Manager, Capability & Organisational Development.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this newly established role will lead the development and delivery of Bridge Housing’s capability, leadership and organisational development agenda. You will play a key role in building workforce capability, strengthening leadership, enhancing employee experience and fostering a high-performing, values-led culture across the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with delivery and thrives on creating practical solutions that help individuals, teams and the organisation perform at their best.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead and deliver initiatives across:
- Capability and Development plans
- Leadership development programs
- Developing our learning curriculum
- Designing and facilitating workshops
- Succession planning and talent development
- Employee experience and culture initiatives
- Stakeholder partnering and coaching across all levels of the organisation
About You
You’ll bring:
- Experience developing leadership and workforce development programs
- Proven track record of leading learning, capability or organisational development initiatives
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of contemporary learning methodologies and adult learning principles
- The ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders
- Strong project management, communication and organisational skills
- A passion for building positive workplace cultures and helping people perform at their best
Experience within community housing, human services or the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
