Administration and Customer Service

Job Type: Casual / Fixed-Term

Location: Haymarket or Brookvale

Hourly: $43.26/hour – $48.36/hour

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for adaptable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy providing great customer service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this casual role, you may support a range of teams across customer service, compliance and asset services, including areas such as fire and asset compliance administration.

You’ll be comfortable juggling competing priorities, maintaining accurate records and processes, and confidently assisting customers over the phone and through other communication channels. Whether you’re ensuring compliance documentation is up to date, coordinating administrative tasks, or helping customers with their enquiries, you’ll take pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent service.

To be successful, you’ll have demonstrated experience in administration and/or customer service roles, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Experience in social housing, property, compliance or community services is desirable but not essential.
