  • Provide clinical guidance and support to Disability Support Workers
  • Ensure compliance with NMBA standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and organisational policies
  • Participate in quality audits, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Driver Licence and CPR Certificate

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience in paediatric complex care
  • Experience in disability or community-based care
  • Enteral feeding, medication administration, and complex care experience
  • Knowledge of aspiration risk, respiratory support, or oxygen therapy
  • Experience working with families and multidisciplinary teams

  • Meaningful, purpose-driven work
  • Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth
  • Salary packaging and employee wellbeing initiatives
