About the Role
Based in our Adelaide office, The Inventory & Logistics Officer is responsible for inventory control, stock reconciliation, system accuracy, replenishment planning, inventory reporting and sourcing and logistics of reagents required for Honeymoon site. The role ensures that critical materials, equipment, consumables, spare parts, and dangerous goods are available when required to maintain safe and uninterrupted production, maintenance, exploration, and camp operations.
The position acts as the key interface between the warehouse, site operations, maintenance, procurement, suppliers and transport providers.
What you’ll be doing
● Create, maintain and delete inventory records within the Company’s Pronto ERP system.
● Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
● Monitor stock levels and generate MRP stock replenishment requests based on approved min/max parameters.
● Produce inventory reports and KPIs.
● Identify excess, obsolete and slow-moving inventory for review and disposal.
● Support continuous improvement initiatives across inventory management processes.
● Monitor, schedule and track deliveries for all reagents required for production.
● Support maintenance shutdowns and project material staging activities.
● Ensure all goods and materials comply with Dangerous Goods and hazardous material storage requirements.
About You
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, you bring strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with the ability to stay focused, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- 3-5 years in inventory control or materials management roles.
- Strong inventory management and stock control skills.
- Mining, energy or heavy industrial experience.
- High level of accuracy and data integrity.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships across the business.
- Planning and Organising: Maintain strong attention to detail while managing complex inventory environments.
- Be able to travel to site on a monthly basis.
- Applicants must hold full Australian work rights.
- Pre‑employment medical assessments and National Police Clearance will be required.
