About the Role
As our in-house Digital & Graphic Designer, you’ll take ownership of our visual communications across digital and print platforms -supporting brand growth, improving consistency, and helping us communicate more effectively with clients, employees and stakeholders.
This role sits at the intersection of design, communications and brand-building. You’ll work on everything from business templates and marketing assets to visual content for campaigns, social media content and internal communications.
We’re looking for someone who is not only technically strong, but who is curious, proactive and enjoys finding better ways to communicate through design. Someone who takes pride in producing polished work, contributes ideas, embraces new technology and wants to make design work harder for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage a range of visual assets across digital, print and social media platforms.
- Develop marketing collateral, campaign assets and branded content that supports business growth.
- Create engaging digital content, including social media graphics, GIFs and simple animations for marketing campaigns and business communications.
- Maintain and champion consistency across all brands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and key stakeholders to translate ideas into engaging visual communications.
- Own, maintain and continuously expand our library of brand templates, digital assets and creative resources.
- Review and proofread creative assets, checking for formatting, spelling, grammar and visual consistency before publication.
- Contribute ideas and confidently raise questions or suggest improvements where copy, layout or visual hierarchy could be strengthened.
What You’ll Bring
- A strong portfolio that showcases both creative flair and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Canva
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, including digital, print, presentations and social media.
- Experience with WordPress highly regarded ·Excellent attention to detail, with the ability
to produce polished, accurate work and identify inconsistencies before publication.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive mindset – you take initiative, contribute ideas and enjoy continuously improving the way you work.
- Experience using AI to accelerate and enhance the design process
- Video editing or basic animation skills are desirable, but not essential.
