The Role!
We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Client Liaison & Rostering Officer to join our team and play a vital role in coordinating our assessment services. In this position, you’ll ensure smooth scheduling and resource coverage, support clinicians through their onboarding process, and build strong relationships with both our internal team and external clients. If you have a knack for problem-solving and enjoy working in an ever-changing environment, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coverage: Coordinate clinician schedules, manage leave requests, and ensure shifts are covered efficiently, while keeping clients informed of any changes.
- Team Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding for clinicians, ensuring smooth transitions and supporting operational needs.
- Compliance & Coordination: Conduct compliance checks, validate timesheets, and coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate compensation.
- Relationship Building: Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling queries, fostering a supportive relationship with the clinical team.
About You!
- Experience with Scheduling: Previous experience with rostering in healthcare or related setting is preferred. (Experience with Shiftcare is a bonus!)
- Independent & Organised: Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Problem-Solver: Proactive in identifying and addressing issues and finding process improvements.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Skilled in clear, professional communication and relationship-building.
