About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you’ll contribute to high-impact consulting projects that address complex challenges in the life sciences sector. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights, develop reports and business cases, and support commercialisation pathways for innovative health technologies. This is a Sydney based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client projects through research, analysis, information synthesis and reporting, and strategic project management
- Develop project plans and stakeholder engagement plans to support client’s strategic objectives and effective use of resources
- Prepare proposals, fully referenced client reports, whitepapers and summaries aligned with project objectives, including recommendations to improve client processes, workflows and organisational effectiveness
- Conduct desktop and stakeholder research across market access and reimbursement, epidemiology and health economics
- Analyse data sets including product pipeline forecasts, financials, and disease and demographic trends
- Present on project findings and outcomes to internal and external audiences, and support clients in implementing approved recommendations and associated changes
- Contribute to Biointelect’s marketing strategy and content development
- Attend industry events and support business development initiatives
- Uphold quality excellence and contribute to internal process improvement
To be successful in the role, you’ll have:
- A degree in Life Sciences and/or Business (PhD highly regarded) with strong commercial acumen
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech ecosystem
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with critical analysis capability
- Strategic thinker who is results-driven, adaptable, and proactive
- Comfortable working across multiple projects in a collaborative, high-performance environment
