We are seeking a Document Control Administrator to join our fun and creative Brisbane team based in the Brisbane CBD on a permanent basis.  

This role provides broad project and studio support across document control, QA coordination, design administration, and practice management.

Its primary function is to maintain accurate project records and filing systems, manage documentation workflows and transmittals, support reporting and invoicing processes, and assist the wider team with administrative and quality assurance tasks throughout all stages of project delivery.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills/experience:

  • Previous experience in document control, project administration, or project coordination within an architecture, design, construction, or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of document management processes, including Knowledge of project management systems and processes.
  • Ability to manage project documentation across multiple jobs with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
