BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our fun and creative Brisbane team based in the Brisbane CBD on a permanent basis.  

The BIM Coordinator’s role is primarily to support the BIM Lead and assist with the delivery and execution of BIM on their project. As a competent BIM Coordinator, your role will require you to = provide day to day support to the project team under the supervision of the Design Technology Lead.

The BIM Coordinator will also contribute to the project’s documentation deliverables periodically.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills/experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in a BIM Coordinator
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit across all project stages
• Experience with Autodesk Forma (ACC) or equivalent platforms
• Good understanding on how to manage content across multiple Revit models on large, multi-disciplinary projects
• Experience with dRofus is desirable, though training will be provided
• A genuine interest in AI and automation, Dynamo, Python, scripting or vibe coding would be highly regarded
• Some understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650, NATSPEC BIM
• Proven ability to lead coordination and support project team
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
