Description

BFX Furniture is looking for a motivated and organised Sales Support Officer to join our team at our Head Office in Yandina. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension or permanency. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, onsite at our Yandina Head Office.

In this role, you’ll support our Sales, Customer Service and Production teams by helping process orders, tracking their progress, and ensuring information is communicated accurately across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their administrative career in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately using our internal systems
  • Respond to enquiries from internal teams regarding order status and product availability
  • Communicate with Production and Operations teams to help track order progress
  • Provide updates on stock availability and expected delivery dates
  • Monitor and manage tasks through our internal ticketing system
  • Assist with resolving order issues and escalating concerns when required
  • Support the sales team by providing accurate and timely information
  • Contribute to improving processes and team efficiencies

About you

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised
  • A customer-focused approach and willingness to help solve problems
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
  • Experience using CRM, ERP or ticketing systems is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous but not required
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
