Best Life Support Services WA- Mandurah, Rockingham, Bunbury, and Busselton

At Best Life Support Services WA, we support people with disabilities to live life their way – in homes that feel safe, connected and genuinely their own.

We are currently looking for multiple hosts across several locations. These are unique, relationship-focused roles where you are not just providing support- you are sharing life, building connections, and creating a home environment.

Current Opportunities:  

  • Bunbury- Female Hosts (week on/week off, in the client’s home)

About the Roles

You will:

  • Live in or provide regular overnight support in a shared home environment
  • Be a housemate, mentor, and friendly, reliable presence
  • Support independence while offering guidance when needed
  • Create a calm, safe, and welcoming home

Each arrangement differs slightly depending on the client.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Being present in the home, especially overnight
  • Sharing meals, conversations, and daily routines Supporting with household tasks and structure
  • Supervising where required (depending on placement)
  • Working alongside our support team

Essential Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • NDIS Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Module
  • NDIS Supporting Effective Communication Module
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the disability sector or similar
  • Manual Handling & Medication Training
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability)
  • Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards & Code of Conduct
