Join Beneco as our newest Administration Assistant

At Beneco, we’re all about people. We value collaboration, integrity, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive. We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Rhodes office, 5 days a week, to help keep our operations running smoothly.

If you’ve worked in a doctors office, medical practice, or as a medical assistant, this could be the perfect next step for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating day to day admin and business support tasks, including meeting rooms, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Managing appointment bookings, patient or client records, and follow up communications.
  • Providing friendly, professional service to colleagues and visitors.
  • Following up on tasks to keep things on track and deadlines met.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with care, including patient or client records.
  • Using your tech skills in MS Office and practice management or scheduling software to support reporting, scheduling, and communication.
  • Keeping records accurate and processes running smoothly.
  • Spotting small improvements to make admin tasks easier and more efficient.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in a doctors office, medical practice, or as a medical assistant.
  • Comfortable managing patient or client information with discretion and accuracy.
  • Experience with HICAPS is highly regarded
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, including handling sensitive conversations with care.
  • Organised, detail focused, and reliable.
  • Tech savvy with confidence using MS Office and practice management systems.
  • A proactive team player who enjoys supporting others.
