  • Your Role
  • As an Appointment Setter in our Outbound Rescheduling Team, your job will be to manage and rebook appointments for our large team of consultants across Australia.
  • Daily tasks include:
  • • Calling clients from our existing database
  • • Rescheduling online appointments
  • • Speaking with clients and confirming availability
  • • Coordinating bookings for consultants
  • • Updating appointment details in our system
  • You’ll play a key role in keeping our consultants’ calendars full and ensuring clients are properly scheduled.

  • Requirements
