Caretaker

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Caretaker to maintain and oversee the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. The Caretaker will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment
• Ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained
• Monitor and maintain the security of the facilities
• Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
• Communicate with management and other staff members regarding any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
