Customer Service Assistants – Maroochydore/Buderim/Kawana

Beefy’s have some exciting opportunities for Customer Service Assistants at our Sunshine Coast stores. In particular, our Maroochydore, Kawana and Buderim stores are looking for some superstars to join their friendly teams.

Beefy’s are a well established multi award winning business with 16 boutique Pie Bakery Stores in South East Queensland & NSW. We pride ourselves on providing high quality products and an excellent customer service experience.

The role

This role involves working a rotating roster with a range of shifts including opening and closing shifts between the hours of 5am and 7pm across 7 days of the week. Due to the opening and closing times your own transport is essential. In this position, you will enjoy:

About You

Ideally you will have previous experience in the food service industry and are a seasoned customer service professional. You will also be friendly and enthusiastic as well as reliable, flexible and confident.

Duties will include:

• Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number 1 priority
• Eftpos & cash handling transactions
• Coffee making
• Ensuring service areas are maintained to the highest standards and store is kept clean and tidy at all times
• Product presentation & preparation
• Achieving store KPI’s
• Opening & closing of store
• Assisting the Manager with supervision of juniors
