Beam Health is a purpose-driven, multidisciplinary allied health organisation supporting children, young people, and families. We’re seeking a Registered Psychologist (General or Clinical) to join our Warners Bay team, with a predominantly paediatric caseload focused on early intervention, primary school-aged children, and family-based work.

About the role

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to children and families
  • Work primarily with early intervention and primary school-aged clients, with some flexibility across age groups
  • Conduct therapy and assessments, with strong demand for developmental, behavioural, and autism assessments
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and the wider MDT
  • Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation
  • Optional involvement in group programs, supervision, or service development

What you’ll bring

Essential:

  • AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (General or Clinical)
  • Eligibility to provide NDIS and Medicare services
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Independent, reflective, and client-centred practice
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable:

  • 3–5+ years post-registration experience (flexible for strong candidates)
  • Assessment experience (developmental, behavioural, autism)
  • Interest in family-based or parent support work
  • Board-approved supervisor status or working toward endorsement
