We’re growing — and we’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused, and driven Forklift Operator & Storeperson to join our Morningside warehouse team.

🔧 The Role
This is a hands-on position in a busy plasterboard and building supplies distribution warehouse. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our trade customers receive the right products, on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities
– Safely load and unload plasterboard, compounds, steel and building materials
– Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately
– Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment efficiently and safely
– Assist with stock control, stock rotation and regular stocktakes
– Maintain a clean, organised and hazard-free warehouse
– Work closely with drivers and the sales team to ensure smooth dispatch
– Follow all WHS policies and safety procedures
This role involves physical work, heavy materials, and working in a fast-paced trade environment.

Essential:
– Current LF Forklift Licence
– Proven warehouse experience (building supplies industry highly regarded)
– Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials
– Strong safety awareness and hazard identification skills
– Reliable, punctual and consistent
Highly Valued:
– Experience handling plasterboard or similar large-format materials
– Experience loading trucks for multi-drop deliveries
– Strong attention to detail when picking and dispatching orders
– A team-first attitude with clear communication skills
– Pride in maintaining a clean and organised workspace
