Balgownie Estate, located in the stunning Yarra Valley wine region, is seeking a Casual Chef to join our team. We welcome applications from chefs of all experience levels and are looking for someone who will thrive in our collaborative, creative, and professional workplace. Flexible shifts are available across breakfast and dinner service.

• You will assist in the preparation of ingredients and be involved in various cooking processes
• Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge of menu items and seasonal ingredients
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
• Support senior chefs during service periods and contribute to a positive working environment.

Balgownie Estate is a 4.5-star Estate boasting 70 hotel rooms, a day spa and a cellar door, located 1 hour from Melbourne CBD in the beautiful Yarra Valley wine region.
