The Role
As AZZO continues to grow, we’re looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our team on a part-time (0.6 FTE), 6-month contract. This is a hands-on support role with a strong focus on recruitment and HR administration. You’ll assist with coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee and candidate records, and supporting the day-to-day administration of the People & Culture function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, candidate correspondence and interview coordination.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including reference, licence and background checks.
- Support new employee onboarding and induction, including documentation and system updates.
- Maintain accurate employee, training, competency and compliance records.
- Assist with general employee enquiries and day-to-day People & Culture administration.
About You
You’ll be organised, reliable and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a busy environment. You’ll bring:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn HR and recruitment systems.
- A collaborative and approachable working style.
- Previous experience in administration, HR, recruitment or a similar support role is desirable.
