Australian Truck & 4WD Rentals (Hertz Trucks) is a franchise operation of Hertz Australia. We have 22 locations in New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia.

About the role

You will work with our 11 Victorian locations and the Regional Sales Manager to identify and develop new opportunities in Victoria and to maintain a close relationship with existing clients.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying new customers
• Generating sales leads by conducting sales calls to existing and potential new customers
• Achieving sales targets and KPI’s
• Implementing sales plans
• Managing existing accounts
• Building strong working relationships
• Various other projects that support the Reginal Sales Manager and the business operations

About you

To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:

• An enthusiastic approach with the ability and desire to sell
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative, flexibility and an ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work well independently
• Ability to learn quickly, and follow direction.
• Current drivers licence is essential

Experience in the vehicle rental, transport or equipment Hire industries is an advantage.
