Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the performance, profitability, and operational success of multiple locations across Victoria. This role provides leadership and support to Branch Managers, drives business growth, optimizes fleet performance, and ensures exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Branch Managers to achieve operational, sales, and customer service targets across all locations.
• Drive business performance by monitoring sales, profitability, and growth opportunities within the region.
• Manage and develop team performance through coaching, training, recruitment, and performance reviews.
• Oversee fleet utilization and vehicle management to maximize operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks across locations to maintain company standards and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements, and relevant legislation.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
