About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Corporate Services Manager to lead our Travel and Administration functions and play a key role in supporting service delivery across the AMC.
Reporting to the Chief Corporate Officer, this role is responsible for leading a team that delivers travel coordination, office administration, stakeholder support, event coordination and broader corporate services. You will work closely with leaders across the organisation to ensure efficient, high-quality and customer-focused services that support the AMC’s operational success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop the Travel and Administration team, creating a high-performing and service-oriented culture.
- Oversee domestic and international travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, travel changes, reimbursements and reconciliations.
- Manage administration services including reception, office support, stakeholder enquiries, meeting coordination and event support.
- Allocate resources and manage competing priorities to maintain efficient and responsive service delivery.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, travel providers and external partners.
- Monitor budgets, expenditure and service performance, providing reporting and advice to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, contractual obligations, delegated authorities, records management and workplace requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency, user experience and organisational outcomes.
