About the role

Help to drive the digital marketing strategy for AusIMM’s expanding portfolio of online courses. Generate and nurture leads, optimise customer journeys and drive enrolment growth across national and international markets.

 

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for online courses, ensuring targets are met
  • Develop compelling campaign positioning, messaging frameworks and creative direction
  • Deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, web and paid channels, including content curation and asset development
  • Drive lead generation and conversion strategies across key international markets
  • Optimise the full marketing and enrolment funnel, including audience segmentation, messaging and nurture journeys
  • Analyse campaign and digital performance data to generate insights, optimise performance and maximise ROI

 About you

You are a dynamic marketing professional with a proven ability to create and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns. Combining creative flair with meticulous planning, you craft content that captivates and engages audiences. Your success is driven by a commitment to using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve outstanding results.

 

With exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, you excel at managing competing priorities and fostering a collaborative environment. You lead by example, and help to support your team while building strong, productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

 

Skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or related discipline, with 4+ years’ relevant experience
  • Proven success delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong content and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Hands-on experience across digital channels, including websites, social media and experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and Google
  • Data-driven approach, with strong analytical skills to interpret performance and optimise results
