Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and drive construction projects in East Perth, Western Australia. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating teams, managing resources, and liaising with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes in the building and construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and performance.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
