- A minimum of 1 year’s experience as an Early Childhood Educator within the children’s services industry would be preferred “we can do this” attitude
- Successfully completed Bachelors, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Children’s Services industry, Children’s Services current Act and regulations, National Early Childhood Development Strategy, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and other relevant documents.
- Current National Police Check no more than 6 months old.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
- Successfully completed Mandatory Child Protection Training.
- Successfully completed Mandatory Child Safety Training – Foundation and Advanced.
- Maintain all mandatory training in accordance with required renewal periods and organisational requirements.

Salary offered: $75,000 – $80,000 p/a + Super
