Description

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Project Administrator to join our project team on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster for the duration of this two-year construction project. Working closely with site leadership, contractors, and project stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration and coordination of site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workforce mobilisation and demobilisation.
  • Arrange site accommodation, travel, and roster schedules.
  • Maintain workforce and visitor registers.
  • Assist with onboarding and induction administration for new personnel.
  • Support workforce compliance requirements and documentation.
  • Maintain subcontractor and supplier records.
  • Assist with project cost tracking and reporting.
  • Compile weekly and monthly project reports.
  • Update project trackers, dashboards, and databases.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager and site leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in project administration, preferably in a construction FIFO environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of other relevant software such as Procore, Employment Hero, SharePoint & ApprovalMax
