Description

We are seeking a Graduate Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to join a large-scale Wind Farm construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate looking to gain hands-on experience on a significant infrastructure project while working alongside experienced engineering and project delivery professionals.

With a stable 2-year project pipeline, you’ll play a key role in supporting quality, documentation, and engineering processes throughout the construction phase.

About the Role

As a Graduate Engineer, your primary focus will be supporting the project team with:

  • Preparing, reviewing and managing Daily Digital Construction Reports (DDCRs)
  • Supporting engineering documentation and project records
  • Assisting with quality assurance and compliance activities
  • Tracking engineering deliverables and project documentation
  • Supporting project engineers with technical and administrative engineering tasks

This role offers exposure to both field and office-based activities, providing valuable experience in renewable energy construction.

Roster & Hours

  • 3 weeks on / 1 week off roster
  • Monday to Saturday
  • 10.5 to 11-hour days

 

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Recent graduate or up to 2 years’ engineering experience
  • Strong attention to detail and document control skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work on a regional project-based roster

Desirable

  • Exposure to construction, renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects
  • Understanding of engineering change management processes
  • Experience with document management systems
