About the Role
As a Trainee Accountant, you’ll work closely with experienced team members to support the delivery of accounting, taxation and advisory services to a diverse client base.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns
- Supporting the delivery of accounting, taxation and business advisory services
- Conducting research and analysis to support client outcomes
- Participating in client meetings and developing professional communication skills
- Building your technical knowledge through practical experience and mentoring
- Collaborating with team members across different service areas
- Leveraging technology and AI tools to improve productivity, efficiency and client outcomes
- Developing your professional and commercial skills through ongoing learning opportunities
About You
You are someone who:
- Is in the final stages of an Accounting degree or has graduated within the past two years
- Is motivated, proactive and eager to learn
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
- Has strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Is adaptable and open to new ideas and ways of working
- Has an interest in technology, automation and artificial intelligence and how these tools can improve productivity and client outcomes
