What you’ll be working on

As a Casual Field Service Technician, you’ll be out in the field delivering hands-on technical support and installations across a diverse customer base. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look the same — from troubleshooting hardware issues onsite to supporting broader managed service environments.

You’ll be:

  • Performing onsite repairs, installations and configurations across laptops, desktops, and network devices
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, identifying faults beyond software and applications
  • Supporting customer environments through maintenance, patching, and proactive monitoring
  • Managing and updating tickets, incidents, and service requests with clear documentation
  • Travelling across NSW to support customers where needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contributing to a positive, solutions-focused team culture aligned to our values

What you’ll bring

Essential:

  • Experience supporting desktop and hardware environments
  • Familiarity with IT service desk or ticketing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware devices
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality outcomes
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across NSW
  • Willingness to complete relevant background checks

Desirable:

  • Exposure to Lenovo and/or Microsoft device repairs
  • Experience within managed services environments
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools or proactive IT maintenance
