Ashton Manufacturing is one of Australia’s leading funeral product manufacturers, supplying high-quality coffins, caskets and accessories nationwide.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Victorian operation.
This is an important role within our business, and we are looking for someone who takes genuine ownership and accountability for their site. You will need to stay across the entire operation — people, stock, customer orders, quality, deliveries, safety and general workflow — and be proactive in identifying and resolving issues rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done.
This is not a desk-based supervisory role. You’ll lead from the front, work alongside the team when required and take responsibility for ensuring the Victorian operation runs safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected by Ashton Manufacturing.
About Us
Since 1977, Ashton Manufacturing has been proudly Australian owned and operated, manufacturing and supplying premium quality caskets, coffins and accessories to funeral homes across the country.
We offer one of the most comprehensive product ranges in the industry, including our patented Expression Coffin range, the internationally acclaimed Batesville Casket Company range, and our traditional Ashton Manufacturing line. Our business continues to grow as we respond to the evolving needs of modern funeral services.
At Ashton Manufacturing, Care, Craftsmanship & Quality are at the heart of everything we do — from the way we support our people and customers to the pride we take in every product we produce.
