Ascot Group continues to grow and we’re looking for Commercial Painters who care about quality workmanship and want to be part of a team delivering projects that genuinely make a difference.

Working primarily across our Retirement Living portfolio, you’ll help transform and maintain the spaces people call home. From occupied villages and community facilities to refurbishments and upgrades, you’ll play an important role in creating safe, welcoming and high-quality environments for residents.

You’ll join a business with a strong pipeline of work, a supportive team culture and leaders who understand what it takes to deliver quality outcomes on site.

What you’ll bring

• Commercial painting experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach when working with residents, clients and project stakeholders
• The ability to work respectfully and safely within occupied Retirement Living and other live environments
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a broader project team
• A commitment to safety, professionalism and quality
