About the Role
This is primarily an assessment and student support role with no classroom or face-to-face training.
Your responsibilities include:
- Marking assessments and providing constructive feedback.
- Supporting students via email, Microsoft Teams and phone.
- Participating in assessment validation and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining compliance with the Standards for RTOs and Applied Education policies.
This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere in Australia while enjoying the flexibility to fit work around your existing professional commitments.

- FNSACC522 Prepare tax documentation for individuals
- FNSACC601 Prepare and administer tax documentation for legal entities
About you
You are passionate about helping others succeed and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with the next generation of taxation professionals.
Essential
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting (or higher).
- Recent Australian taxation industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation legislation and ATO requirements.
- Vocational competency in:
- FNSACC522 Prepare tax documentation for individuals (or equivalent).
- FNSACC601 Prepare and administer tax documentation for legal entities.
- TAE40122, TAE40116, TAE40110 or another credential permitted under the current RTO Credential Policy, or a willingness to obtain one with our support.
Highly desirable
- Registered Tax Agent.
- Current or recent experience in a registered tax agent practice.
- CPA Australia, CA ANZ, IPA, ICB or The Tax Institute membership.
- Experience in online training or competency-based assessment.
- Knowledge of Commercial Law, Consumer and Contract Law, Corporations and Trust Law, or Property Law.
