About the Role
Reporting to the National Submissions Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the submissions team, ensuring documents are reviewed, completed, and submitted accurately and within agreed service timeframes.
You will play a key role in managing workflows, supporting team performance, maintaining quality standards, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support members of the Submissions Team
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Allocate daily workloads and monitor team performance against KPIs
- Review quotes, estimates, reports, and documentation for accuracy, formatting, grammar, and compliance
- Manage submission lifecycles and ensure service level agreements are consistently met
- Monitor and maintain reporting requirements and weekly KPI reporting
- Build strong relationships with field supervisors, estimators, and insurer representatives
- Support process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Assist with auditing, compliance activities, and issue resolution when required
- Contribute to the ongoing development of team processes, procedures, and training materials
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a team leadership, administration, or coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Excellent written communication, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Advanced computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and multiple systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to team success
- Experience reviewing detailed scopes of work, estimates, or technical documentation will be highly regarded
- Typing speed of approximately 60 WPM or higher
