Senior Claims Officer

We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Claims Services Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage insurance building claims from start to finish, providing exceptional service to customers, insurers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Claims Leader, you will:

• Manage claims throughout the entire lifecycle
• Liaise with customers, insurers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Process claims documentation, approvals, contracts, and excess payments
• Conduct regular customer updates and follow-up calls
• Maintain accurate records across internal and insurer systems
• Support team leaders with training, development, and workflow management
• Assist with the handling of more complex claims and mentor team members
• About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in a claims, insurance, administration, or customer service role
• Insurance building industry experience (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and multiple computer systems
• A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
